欢迎使用 MetaD 元点钱包（以下简称“本应用”）。本应用由 MetaD Labs Inc.（以下简称“我们”）提供。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议。如不同意，请停止使用。

请务必知悉：本应用不保管你的资产，也无法替你找回助记词、私钥或密码。一旦丢失助记词，钱包里的资产将永久无法找回。

1. 服务内容

本应用是一款非托管的数字钱包工具，提供创建和导入钱包、查询余额、收款转账、内置浏览器和连接去中心化应用（DApp）等功能。你的资产始终记录在区块链上，由你本人通过私钥控制。

2. 你的责任

妥善备份助记词，并将其离线保存在安全的地方，不向任何人透露。
保管好设备、钱包密码和 PIN 码。任何能解锁你钱包的人都可以转走资产。
每次转账前核对收款地址、网络和金额。区块链交易一经确认便无法撤销。
连接 DApp 或签名前，确认网站真实可信，并理解授权和签名的内容。
遵守你所在国家或地区的法律法规。如当地法律限制使用加密资产或相关服务，请勿使用本应用。

3. 第三方服务

内置浏览器中的网站、DApp、代币和区块链网络均由第三方提供，我们不对其内容、安全性或合法性作出保证。本应用的风险提示和钓鱼网站拦截只能降低风险，无法识别所有恶意网站和合约。代币价格来自第三方行情服务，仅供参考。

4. 风险提示

数字资产价格波动剧烈，可能损失全部价值。
区块链网络可能出现拥堵、分叉或故障，导致交易延迟、失败或手续费上涨。
智能合约可能存在漏洞，授权恶意合约可能导致资产被转走。
在已越狱或已 root 的设备上使用，钱包数据面临更高的被盗风险。

本应用中的任何信息均不构成投资建议。

5. 免责声明

本应用按“现状”提供。在法律允许的范围内，对于因以下原因造成的损失，我们不承担责任：助记词、私钥或密码丢失或泄露；你发起的错误交易；第三方网站、DApp、合约或区块链网络的问题；设备被盗、感染恶意软件或被他人控制；不可抗力。

6. 知识产权

本应用的名称、标志、界面设计和代码归我们所有。未经许可，不得复制、修改、仿冒或用于商业用途。

7. 协议变更与终止

我们可能修改本协议，修改后的版本会发布在本页面并标明生效日期。你继续使用本应用即视为接受修改后的协议。你可以随时删除本应用来终止使用；删除前请确认已备份助记词。

8. 适用法律

本协议适用美国科罗拉多州法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应先协商解决。

Terms of Service

Welcome to MetaD Wallet (the “App”). The App is provided by MetaD Labs Inc., a Colorado corporation (“we” or “us”). By downloading, installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

Please note: The App does not hold your assets and cannot recover your recovery phrase, private keys or password for you. If you lose your recovery phrase, the assets in your wallet will be permanently unrecoverable.

1. The service

The App is a non-custodial digital wallet tool that lets you create and import wallets, check balances, send and receive assets, use a built-in browser, and connect to decentralized applications (DApps). Your assets are always recorded on the blockchain and controlled by you through your private keys.

2. Your responsibilities

Back up your recovery phrase, keep it offline in a safe place, and never share it with anyone.
Protect your device, wallet password and PIN. Anyone who can unlock your wallet can transfer your assets.
Check the recipient address, network and amount before every transfer. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed.
Before connecting to a DApp or signing, make sure the website is genuine and that you understand what you are approving or signing.
Comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region. Do not use the App if local law restricts the use of crypto assets or related services.

3. Third-party services

Websites, DApps, tokens and blockchain networks accessed through the built-in browser are provided by third parties. We make no guarantees about their content, security or legality. The App’s risk warnings and phishing-site blocking reduce risk but cannot identify every malicious website or contract. Token prices come from third-party market data services and are for reference only.

4. Risks

Digital asset prices are highly volatile, and you may lose their entire value.
Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks or failures, which can delay or fail transactions or raise fees.
Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities, and approving a malicious contract may result in your assets being taken.
Using the App on a jailbroken or rooted device exposes your wallet data to a higher risk of theft.

Nothing in the App constitutes investment advice.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by: loss or disclosure of your recovery phrase, private keys or password; transactions you initiate in error; problems with third-party websites, DApps, contracts or blockchain networks; theft of your device, malware infection or control of your device by others; or force majeure.

6. Intellectual property

The App’s name, logo, interface design and code belong to us. They may not be copied, modified, imitated or used commercially without permission.

7. Changes and termination

We may amend these Terms. The amended version will be posted on this page with its effective date. By continuing to use the App, you accept the amended Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it; please make sure you have backed up your recovery phrase before doing so.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
